Reader Reviews

The Tapestry Shop was engaging, exciting and surprising. 13th century France came alive for me and I was transported there. When I finished the book, I felt as if I had been on an unplanned excursion in a time machine!

Joyce Elson Moore’s writing about place is poetic and richly evocative. One of the author’s strengths is her musician’s ear for sounds. The Tapestry Shop is filled with the music of nature as well as man-made music. The characters, both major and minor, are convincing, and the reader is drawn into their world. A very enjoyable book.
~ Tinney,  Wisconsin
